Annual General Meeting 2016 information

This year, as with previous years, the AGM will be held at AIMHI, 950 Kerry Street in Prince George on June 16th, beginning at 430pm. An election of officers will be conducted and dues collected for the year. Society Bylaw changes may occur as well. Any annual discussions affecting the society will also be discussed.

We have 2 levels of membership available. A regular membership for individuals is $6.00 and gives the person voting rights at a general meeting. If you represent an organization, corporate or incorporated body, association or another non profit society or group, you may become an affiliate member. That membership is no less than $30.00 annually and gives your organization the power to vote at a general meeting. Memberships are from June 1 to May 31 of every year. No mater what your status is, you can be a big help to the Carefree Society. We welcome your membership and thank you for your time.
